Everything ships from Milan. Nothing ships by air unless you ask for express.

Prices include VAT for the EU and UK, and we cover import duties for both — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Outside those regions, duties are collected on delivery by the carrier.

- Exchanges: return for a refund and reorder, it is faster than an exchange
Send anything back at any point in its life. You pay the cost of the repair, usually €12–€60, plus return postage. No time limit and no receipt needed.
Uncoated recycled card, paper tape, no plastic anywhere including the garment bag. The box is designed to be reused for the return.
You get a tracking link when the parcel leaves Milan. You can also check status from your account without a password, using the order number and your email.
