Size guide
Two tables: what your body measures, and what the garment measures. If they disagree, trust the garment table.

How to measure
Under the arms, across the fullest part, tape level and loose enough to fit two fingers underneath.
The narrowest point, usually just above the navel. Do not hold your breath in — you will size down and regret it.
Around the fullest part, roughly 20 cm below the waist, with feet together.
Knitwear: size down, it relaxes about a centimetre. Outerwear and shirting: size up. Trousers: go by waist, we hem for free.
